We understand that after a great deal of preliminary difficulties, jury selection for the
Baptistown CC Con Committee trial is underway.  We at CC16 would like to express
our continued support for our fellow costumers and have our fingers crosses that the
trial is brought to a swift conclusion--hopefully, about the time bids for CC17 are due.
