This event is an excuse for you to exercise your creativity, and for us to empty our basements!  A large pile of fabric remnants, blivets, and assorted junk will be locked in a room with a small group of adventurous costumers armed only with pins, duct tape, and their wits.  The victi-er, contestants will be given 36.46215961 minutes (that's pi to the power of pi, for the mathematically inclined among you) to construct something that can be passed off as a costume.  Survivors and their creations will be paraded across a stage and ridicu-er, judged by a carefully selected panel of whoever we can get to volunteer at the last minute.
